Abstract

The authors regret inappropriate reuse of the same data in Fig. 6. In the original manuscript, we used the same representative images for the vehicle and GW0742 (25 μg/kg) groups in both Figure 2A and 6A. This was done intentionally, as these panels depict the same treatment groups and the same TTC data. Specifically, Figure 2A presents the results of our dose-finding study, which identified 25 μg/kg GW0742 as the optimal dose. This dose was then carried forward into the mechanistic experiments shown in Fig. 6A. We repeated the same representative images for these two groups in Fig. 6A solely for the purpose of comparison with the additional mechanistic intervention groups included in that figure. The authors acknowledge that it is inappropriate to reuse the same data. We have revised Fig. 6 to show only the original data and to remove the reused data since it is not essential for the mechanism study and it does not affect the results and conclusions.
