Abstract

The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic that has not subsided forces social distancing policies in Indonesia still to be implemented, to minimize the spread of Covid-19 which has an impact on student learning that is less effective. Therefore, this research aims to develop an animated learning video based on the Scratch application on light wave material . The research method used in this study is the Research and Development method with the ADDIE development model. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis technique, namely calculating the percentage of validation values. The results of the study obtained an average value of 79.3% for material experts, an average value of 86.2% for media experts, an average value of 89% for language experts and for student response tests obtained an average of 80% the results prove that the development of Scratch application-based learning videos is included in the "good" category and is suitable for use in schools.
