PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI, REFORMASI BIROKRASI, REMUNERASI, DAN EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI (Studi Kasus Pada Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Gunungkidul) Sekarwigati Nurdinah* dan Ignatius Soni Kurniawan Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta *diena.sekar9988@gmail.com The Influence of Organizational Culture, Bureaucratic Reform, Remuneration, and Employee Engagement on Employee Performance at Statistics of Gunungkidul Regency Abstract The purpose of the research is to test the effect of Organizational Culture, Bireaucratic Reform, Renumeration, and Employee Engagement on Employee Performance at Statistic of Gunungkidul Regency. Variables in this study are organizational culture, bureaucratic reform, remuneration, employee engagement as independent variables and dependent variable, employee performance. The Population in this study as many as 36 people by using multiple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using a hypothesis test analysis of SPSS version 16.0 for windows. The results showed that bureaucratic reform and employee engagement had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while organizational culture and remuneration did not have a significant effect. Keyword: Organizational Culture, Bireaucratic Reform, Renumeration, and Employee Engagement, Employee Performance Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Reformasi Birokrasi, Renumerasi, dan Employee Engagement terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah budaya organisasi, reformasi birokrasi, remunerasi keterlibatan karyawan sebagai variabel independen dan variabel dependen, kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 36 orang dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis uji hipotesis SPSS versi 16.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reformasi birokrasi dan employee engagement memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan budaya organisasi dan remunerasi tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan.
