Primary school teaching quality is the fundamental guarantee for primary schools to achieve educational objectives and the basis for cultivating qualified talents. There are many factors that determine the teaching ability and investment state, and the relationship between many factors can not be understood by subjective consciousness. Generally, schools use the method of paper questionnaire to evaluate teachers' work input status, work input time and teaching quality, but this method is subjective and one-sided. At the same time, we can not scientifically find out the relationship between the factors affecting primary school teachers' work input state, work input time and teaching quality. With the emergence, development and application of data mining technology, important information hidden behind a large amount of data is found, which can support some powerful decisions of decision makers. Using data mining, this paper can find the important factors affecting primary school teachers' teaching, provide a solid foundation for primary school teaching and teaching management, and then mention the teaching level of primary school teachers. This paper designs and develops a teaching quality evaluation system suitable for the development of primary schools, applies the association rules in data mining, analyzes and finds the key factors through association rule analysis, so as to affect the teaching quality and provide a solid foundation for teaching decision-making and management. Finally, the design and implementation of teaching evaluation system based on mining association rules are described in detail.
