Abstract

In the version of this article initially published, there were errors in figure panel arrangements and callouts. In Fig. 4h, top row, images for the second (METERF1) and third (Merge) panels were reversed and have been corrected. In Extended Data Fig. 7c, the two bottom-right panels (TFAM, Merge) under “+TFB2M” were reversed and have been corrected. In the Fig. 1b caption callout to “Extended Data Fig. 1c,d,” the original citation to Extended Data Fig. 2b has been corrected. The changes have been made to the online version the article.
