Abstract

The title compds. I [m, n = 0-1; A1-A6 = C, CH or N; R1 = H, alkyl, aryl, cycloalkyl; R2-R8 = H, halo, alkyl, etc.], useful for the treatment, prevention and/or amelioration of cyclin dependent kinase mediated diseases, were prepd. E.g., a 2-step synthesis of II, starting from 2,4-dichloropyrimidine and indole-4-boronic acid, was given. Exemplified compds. I were tested against various kinases (data given for representative I). Packaged protein kinase-assocd. disorder treatment, comprising a protein kinase-modulating compd. I, was disclosed. [on SciFinder(R)]
