La responsabilidad social corporativa

Abstract

Inequalities are still very present in the current Spanish labour market. That is why, after this study, different approaches to fight them will be proposed, putting the bet on a new business model in which two of the three pillars of Corporate Social Responsibility are strengthened: equality and sustainability, since investing in equality is a challenge but a great success for achieving the development of well-being and the economic growth of a countryLas desigualdades siguen muy presentes en el mercado laboral español actual. Es por ello por lo que, tras este estudio, se propondrán formas de combatirlas, apostando por un nuevo modelo empresarial en el que se dé fuerza a dos de los tres pilares de la Responsabilidad Social Corporativa: la igualdad y la sostenibilidad, ya que invertir en igualdad es un desafío, pero gran acierto para la consecución del desarrollo del bienestar y del crecimiento económico de un país.
