Abstract
A family with myotubular myopathy linked up with the X-chromosome is described. The clinical picture and the course of the disease in the family observed is compared with two other cases of the X-chromosome-linked myotubular myopathy described in literature elsewhere. It is supposed that the myotubular myopathy linked with the X-chromosome is an independent disease entity.
