Abstract

Thermistor element is generally sintered product of powder of many metal oxides, and is arranged together with indirect heater within glass bead; new technique has been developed to solve difficulty in required mechanical strength; thermistor element is mounted on support consisting of material of small thermal radiation; this support is provided with lead wire of small thermal conveyance, and support is held to stem through this lead wire; by using support provided with this lead wire, there is no longer need for consideration of mechanical strength needed for supporting element with respect to electrode wire to be connected to thermistor element.
