Abstract

홍석모 학생은 UNIST 화학과 석박사 통합과정에서 2차원 물질의 합성과 분석에 대한 연구를 수행하고 있다.(smhong@unist.ac.kr) 장아랑 박사는 성균관대학교 나노과학기술학부에서 박사학위(2014)를 마치 고 현재 UNIST에서 박사후연구원으로 재직 중이다.(arjang@unist.ac.kr) 신현석 교수는 POSTECH 화학과에서 박사학위(2002)를 마치고, Cambridge 대학교에서 박사후연구원(2005-2006), POSTECH에서 연구 조교수(2007-2008)를 거쳐 현재 UNIST 부교수로 재직 중이다.(shin@unist.ac.kr) Fig. 1. [4] A-Rang JANG and Hyeon Suk SHIN Hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) has recently received great attention due to its unique properties and potential applications in various fields. Here, we review recent progress in the prepara-tion methods, properties, and applications of h-BN. In addition, we present perspectives for future research on h-BN.
