TINJAUAN YURIDIS TERKAIT IZIN PENGELOLAAN PULAU-PULAU KECIL DI INDONESIA PASCA HADIRNYA OMNIBUS LAW

Abstract

The presence of Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation, creates problems. The uniqueness of the Indonesian state which is rich natural resources provides logical consequences for optimization related to its management, so that the law exists, aiming to improve the disharmony of legislation and to accelerate investment for the fulfillment of the welfare Indonesian people. In particular, the permit for the use of small islands is one aspect that is affected by the presence of this law. So this writing refers to the arrangement of permits for the use of small islands. Utilization permits can be one of the efforts to accelerate the fulfillment of the goals of the nation and state, but there is still a need for proper planning, utilization and control by the government.
