Abstract

The primary aim of this study is to translate, adapt, and validate the E-learning Acceptance Measure (EIAM) scale for university students. A questionnaire is designed with three dimensions. The dimension “professor’s quality” is composed of eight items in which students assess their professor’s performance during online learning. The sample consists of 155 students from the University of Granada and the University of Málaga (Spain). The results show that the EAIM scale is a valid and reliable scale to measure students’ acceptance of online learning. This is supported by the goodness of fit indices obtained by using two models. In conclusion, a valid and reliable scale is presented here that meets recent changes in teaching and learning processes while addressing the need of having a tool in Spanish that measures students’ acceptance of online learning.
