Abstract

Information technology today is something that can not be separated from all aspects of life. This is because information technology is a tool that can help humans in facilitating the work. Widyagama University of Malang is one of the Universities in Indonesia which is quite concern in terms of information technology. This is seen from the focus and achievements in the academic field of course related to information technology. To that end, the University of Widyagama Malang want to make changes gradually on existing systems. One of them is the parking system, This system is closely related to vehicle security and convenience of parking service users of Widyagama University of Malang. So many obstacles are felt by the campus, for that the campus wants to build adequate parking facilities and of course with a higher level of security. In the face of such problems it will be designed a good parking system by combining some of the technology is needed to optimize security at Widyagama University of Malang in order to minimize the problems that occur. Design tools used are FOD (Flow Of Document), DFD (Data Flow Diagram) and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram). In making the application using Visual Basic 6.0. The system to be proposed is a parking information system using information technology that can perform data processing in and out of parking users and parking attendants, as well as the required information.
