Abstract

The Industrial noise is one of the main ergonomic risks in today's production activities and has a serious impact on human health in the workplace. The EWSP optimization model established for industrial noise problems solves some of the corresponding case problems, but for the more general problems, the model does not properly represent the constraints of the number of personnel and skills. In this paper, the EWSP model is constructed to balance the noise exposure risk of the whole production line personnel with the constraints of the number of workstation personnel, personnel skills and production line output, and an improved immune simulated annealing algorithm is adopted. Finally, the model and algorithm mentioned are applied to a production line. Results show that the proposed model and algorithm can effectively find the optimal solution of such scheduling problems.
