Abstract
This action research project was carried out to investigate the effectiveness of using graphic organisers to teach grammar to a group of second year baccalaureate students from a secondary school in Morocco .The results of the pre-test and the post test demonstrated that the performance of students increased after implementing graphic organisers. The results of the questionnaire which was devised at the end of the study to get students' perceptions of the use of graphic organisers showed that the students responded positively to integrating such teaching device in the grammar component.
