Pelatihan Penggunaan Aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan untuk Menentukan Calon Penerima Beasiswa

Abstract

SMA Negeri 4 Padang Sidimpuan is a government agency engaged in education. At SMA N 4 Padangsidimpuan which has a scholarship program for underprivileged students. Scholarships are grants in the form of financial assistance given to individuals that aim to be used for the continuation of their education. Scholarship Program to ease the burden on students and especially for parents which is carried out selectively according to the type of scholarship being held. One of the methods used for prospective scholarship recipients is the application of Profile Matching which is able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case the search alternative that is entitled to receive a scholarship based on specified criteria. The result of this research is the acceptance of underprivileged scholarships and achievement in the ranking of the results of the Profile Matching calculation method that is applied. From the results of the existing rankings, those who have the highest Profile Matching scores will get scholarships.
