Total Synthesis of Nitrogen-Containing Natural Products Based on Palladium-Catalyzed C-H Functionalization

Abstract

C-H functionalization has witnessed remarkable recent advances and has been widely employed in key reactions in the total synthesis of natural products. In this article, we present the palladium-catalyzed total synthesis of nitrogen-containing natural products using C-H functionalization as the key reaction.
