Presidential election brings a challenging future for evidence informed health policies in Indonesia

Abstract

President elect Prabowo Subianto's proposed policies of free school lunches and building new medical schools are not viable or cost effective. The medical community must take steps to promote evidence informed policy making in Indonesia.
