Abstract

The article delves into the impact of work environment, leadership, human resources practices, and technology on organizational performance, with a focus on a study conducted in Saudi Arabia. Through a survey of 375 employees, the research found positive correlations between automation technologies, cloud computing, project management software, and organizational performance.
