Abstract

Este artigo tem como objetivo definir o bem jurídico-penal tutelado no crime de lavagem de dinheiro, erigido pela Lei 9.613/98. Neste contexto, aborda-se a tutela dos bens jurídicos por parte do Estado, bem como uma visão sobre o crime de lavagem de dinheiro no Brasil e no mundo.
