Abstract

A 72-year-old man with recently diagnosed high-grade prostate adenocarcinoma with a Gleason score of 7 and PSA of 3.7 underwent 18F-fluoride PET/CT bone scan. The 18F-fluoride PET/CT bone scan showed increased uptake in the brain in the right frontal lobe. The follow-up MRI revealed a right frontal meningioma.
