Abstract

As technology advances, critical infrastructure systems that shape our daily lives are becoming increasingly complex and connected. Multiple governmental administrations in the U.S. have recognized this connectedness and the potential threats that interdependencies and complexity present, but an emerging cyber-physical threat landscape persists and continues to evolve. In this work, we sought to explore the ways in which various cyber-physical risks to a subset of dams in Pennsylvania could affect communities which use these dams as a water supply.
