Abstract

Because polycystic ovaries are also found in women who ovulate we investigated a possible association between polycystic ovaries and recurrent miscarriages in women with spontaneous ovulatory cycles. As defects in the luteal phase, which may occur in women with polycystic ovaries, may be related to miscarriage we also assessed progesterone secretion.
