Abstract

The provision of services or wages for construction workers to contractors often has problems, this is due to the lack of standardization of the provision of proper wages at this time. This causes one of the parties to be harmed, both the workers and the contractor. In order for workers' wages to be given in accordance with the work done, a contractor must have a computerized technology that contains various criteria with certain weights that can be used as the basis for determining the standardization of proper labor wages given to the workers employed by the contractor. The criteria include 1) Type of Work 2) Experience 3) Carpentry Skills 4) Work Commitment 5) Ability to Work Together 6) Ability to solve problems 7) Work results. One of the technologies used to make decisions is a decision support system, this system serves to assist decision makers by utilizing certain data and models to solve problems. The method used is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method.
