Abstract
This article presents a training project for secondary school teachers carried out in a secondary school in Livorno (Italy). This training was aimed at creating hybrid learning environments following the evidence of neurolearning and giving special relevance to microlearning. The methodology and results of our research consist of the design and creation of a Blended learning training course. This training proposal provides teachers with the necessary tools to create a hybrid virtual environment through the design of microlearning modules to promote active learning.
