Abstract

This article approaches the present changes in the work, where the flexible work has been installed like norm in Chile, doing to the individual responsible for its own social inclusion through the management of its own employability. Considering the work as one of the main mechanisms of social integration, through this article it is argued that these changes must be studied not only from the axis of the social exclusion, rather also taking care of what social inclusion is taking place through this new work. The identity emerges as an essential subject in this challenge for social sciences.
