Abstract

The research is based in develop an industrial safety checklist for agroindustrial companies using the Delphi method, an evaluation by consensus of experts, to comply with the provisions of current Peruvian legislation. With this instrument it is possible to perform health and safety inspections at work, especially in the areas of the company that perform production and support processes. Quantitative methodology, heuristics in the scientific search strategy and hermeneutics for the systematization of information sources were used in the research. Therefore, the following results were reached by applying Cronbach's Alpha coefficient to measure the reliability of the instrument: in the first evaluation 0.994% was obtained and in the second evaluation the reliability was confirmed with 0.995%. Thus, concluding that the contribution of the experts optimizes the validity of the checklist with which it is affirmed that the instrument has scientific value.
