Abstract

Replies to the comments made by H. S. Pennypacker (see record 2005-03629-008) on the original article (see record 2005-03629-001). They appreciate commentator's thoughts on the application of our conceptual framework to issues of great significance to society, such as globalization, free market economies, and government. Also appreciated are the implications of undertaking large-scale change endeavors; and the suggested steps toward sharing the cultural change perspective with leaders, colleagues from other disciplines and the general public.
