Abstract
This article analyzes the evolution of the control of unfair terms' content among businesses in the main legal systems of comparative law. We compare the English, German, and French systems, looking to establish if a trend in Europe or different models exists. Finally, through different legislative techniques, it is concluded that unfair terms control extends far beyond the consumer contracts reaching B2B contracts, but according to separate and different regulations.
