Abstract

The research tends to identify the connection among the strategic leadership on Employee performance. Strategic leadership creates a unique relation between management and employees to enhance employee performance. In this study we also explore the mediating impact of work engagement among strategic leadership and employee performance. Convenience sampling is used as the sampling strategy. Total 130 questionnaires are distributed among the respondents of the study. 120 questionnaires are fairly attempted with the response rate of 92.3%. To analyse the data, SPSS version 21 is used. To check the relationship between the variables correlation analysis is used which shows the significant relationship between the variables. To check the impact of one variable on other regression analysis is used which have clearly shown that strategic leadership has significant impact on employee performance.
