Abstract

Non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) metastasis and drug resistance has been associated with epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT). This study reports the development of a robust gene expression signature of EMT in NSCLC and reveals new insights into the key molecular events that underlie EMT and drug resistance in NSCLC. ©2012 AACR.
