BLU Maturity Assessment In Aspect Financial At Jambi University

Abstract

Badan Layanan Umum/Pubic Services Agency (BLU) as the face of the government in providing public services has qualified capabilities so that BLU as the face of the government in providing public services is expected to have qualified capabilities in order to continue to provide the best service to the community. To ensure continuity and development of UNJA BLU services, the researcher will conduct an UNJA BLU Maturity assessment using the BLU Maturity Rating Assessment Tools and Evaluation version 1.0 in financial aspect. This tool consists of two components, namely Result Based and Process Based. To analyze in financial aspect, we used Result Based. Where based on the result based, the maturity level of the financial aspect is 2.69 with an assessment weight of 20%. Jambi University as BLU institution has the potential to continue to grow and develop in a number of areas, including innovation in technology, asset optimization, and improving service quality.
