Abstract

The TTC layer was efficiently deposited at the grain boundary of the perovskite, which passivated the grain surface and grain boundary, thereby decreasing the interfacial recombination of the perovskite solar cells. The hydrophobic small molecule TTC on the perovskite films forms a water-resistant layer that protects the perovskite from water damage.
