Abstract

A new species of euphorine parasitoid wasp, Perilitus mahout Fujie sp. nov. from Japan was discovered by rearing adult Episomus turritus Chevrolat, 1863 (Coleoptera: Curculionidae). This is the first report of an adult parasitoid of Episomus turritus.
