Abstract

Fluorescent antibody and growth curve studies were carried out on Bluetongue, Nairobi Sheep Disease and Rift Valley Fever viruses in BHK tissue culture cells. The formation of fluorescing antigen is described, and compared with the production of infective virus. © 1970 Springer-Verlag.
