El impacto de la implementación del sistema de calidad educativa PCI a través de la perspectiva del profesorado.

Abstract

Resumen. Aquí se presentan los resultados de una investigación sobre el impacto del sistema PCI en tres centros educativos a través del estudio de cuatro dimensiones organizacionales que afectan los aprendizajes: comuni-cación, clima, enseñanza, y aprendizaje y satisfacción de las personas. Además de encontrarse evidencia para afirmar que los docentes consideran que el sistema de calidad PCI ha contribuido a mejorar a su centro educativo, los análisis estadísticos no revelan que haya diferencias estadísticamente significativas entre ellos asociadas a su tamaño y/o población que atienden, por lo que se ha podido observar versatilidad en el sistema estudiado.Abstract. The results of an investigation on the impact of PCI system in three schools are presented through the study of four organizational dimensions that affect learning: communication, climate, teaching, and learning and personal satisfaction. Besides, there is evidence to say that teachers perceive the PCI system as a contribution to improve his school. Statistical analysis did not reveal that there is statistically significant difference between them related to their size and/or population they serve, and versatility of the system has been noted.
