This text deals with the difficulty of constructing a psychopathology including subjectivity. It explains the epistemological criteria which have prevailed in the institutionalization of child's psychopathology, and it discusses the problem of a clinical practice which is aimed at the construction of subjectivity and the formation of the self. For this purpose, three key issues of the metaphorisation's process will be analyzed: the experience of knowledge, love and the word.
