Abstract
Based on the type specimen from the Zoologisches Museum der Humboldt Universitaet, Berlin, the systematic position of Exomalopsis latitarsis is discussed and a new combination is justified as Tapinorrhina latitarsis. A correct spelling Tapinorrhina is proposed for Tapinorhina Michener & Moure, 1957.
