Optimisasi Analisis Pelaksanan Pelaporan Pasien Menggunakan Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit( SIRS) Online di Rumah Sakit Sentra Medika Sanggau Tahun 2023

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit merupakan pengumpulan, pengolahan dan penyajian data rumah sakit di seluruh Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui presentase pasien periode 2022-2023 dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan pelaporan pasien menggunakan Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit (SIRS) Online di RSUD Sanggau Medika Center. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pelaporan pasien menggunakan Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit (SIRS) online. Hasil penelitian ini dilihat dari faktor manusia, jumlah petugas masih kurang dengan jumlah petugas hanya dua orang. Metode, belum adanya prosedur operasional baku mengenai pelaporan pasien menggunakan Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit (SIRS) Online. Mesin, jaringan yang mengalami kendala. Material, belum adanya sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit berdampak langsung terhadap efektifitas dan efisiensi kerja staf. Kesimpulannya, pemanfaatan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit (SIRS) Online di RSUD Sanggau Medika Center sudah cukup baik namun masih belum optimal, dikarenakan jumlah petugas masih terbatas dan fasilitas yang tersedia belum dapat mendukung sepenuhnya pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit (SIRS) Online dalam pelaporan pasien.Hospital Information System is the collection, processing and presentation of hospital data throughout Indonesia. Material, the absence of a hospital management information system has a direct impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of staff work. In conclusion, the utilization of the Online Hospital Information System (SIRS) application at Sanggau Medika Center Hospital is quite good but still not optimal, because the number of officers is still limited and the available facilities cannot fully support the utilization of the Online Hospital Information System (SIRS) in patient reporting.
