USAHATANI PAKCOY SISTEM HIDROPONIK DALAM MENINGKATKAN PENDAPATAN PETANI

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis biaya produksi, penerimaan, pendapatan, pendapatan kerja keluarga dan efisiensi usahatani pakcoy secara hidroponik milik Bapak Budianto di Kelurahan Simpang Tiga, Kecamatan Kuantan Tengah, Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Data dianalisis secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis pendapatan terhadap produksi, biaya dan harga pada sayuran pakcoy hidroponik dengan menggunakan program Microsoft Excel untuk menganalisis pendapatan dan tingkat efisiensi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan biaya penyusutan peralatan dalam satu kali proses produksi sebesar Rp 86.432,-, biaya tidak tetap Rp 559.263,- dan total biaya sebesar Rp 645.695,-, penerimaan sebesar Rp 715.000,-, pendapatan sebesar Rp 69.305,-, pendapatan kerja keluarga sebesar Rp 958.959 dan Nilai R/C sebesar 1,11 yang artinya setiap biaya yang dikeluarkan Rp 1,-, akan menghasilkan pendapatan kotor sebesar Rp 1,11,- atau pendapatan bersih sebesar Rp 0,11,-, dikarenakan nilai R/C lebih dari satu, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa usahatani pakcoy hidroponik milik Bapak Budianto layak untuk dikembangkan. The purpose of this study is to analyze production costs, receipts, income, family work income and the level of efficiency in Mr. Budianto's hydroponic pakcoy farming business in Simpang Tiga Village, Central Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The data were quantitatively analyzed using revenue analysis of production, costs and prices on hydroponic pakcoy vegetables using the Microsoft Excel program to analyze revenues and efficiency levels.The results of the analysis show that the cost of depreciation of equipment in one production process is IDR 86,432,-, non-fixed costs of IDR 559,263,- and the total cost of IDR 645,695,-, receipts of IDR 715,000,-, income of IDR 69,305,-, family work income of IDR 958,959 and R/C value of 1.11 which means that each cost incurred by IDR 1,-, will generate gross income of IDR 1.11,- or net income of Rp 0.11,-, because the R/C value is more than one, it can be concluded that Mr. Budianto's hydroponic pakcoy farming business is worthy of development.
