One condition that can be detected with preconception screening is infertility. Infertility is the inability to get pregnant after regular sexual intercourse without contraception for one year. This study aims to describe preconception midwifery care for Mrs. U. The method used is a case study with analysis of primary data obtained through midwifery care management. From the results of midwifery care, it can be concluded that the data interpretation and management provided are appropriate to the case. Secondary infertility problems were found, with care in the form of providing communication, educational information, and motivation, as well as collaboration. By knowing and understanding about infertility, clients and partners are expected to be able to check with a specialist in obstetrics and gynecology for appropriate treatment according to the problems causing the client's infertility
