Abstract

An ultra wideband low noise amplifier is realized by current reuse technology to decrease the power consumption of the circuit. Noise cancellation technique helped to improve noise figure. The circuit is realized using 0.18μm technology and simulated in advanced design system software. The results show S21 of 10.756dB at 1GHz and minimum noise figure of 2.9 dB. Power consumption at 1.8V supply is 9mW.
