Generally speaking, there are 4 diphthongsin Uzbeklanguage. Secondly, the single vowels in Chinese and Uzbek pronunciation are selected for comparative analysis. Then, the single vowels of Chinese and Uzbek are compared and analyzed from the aspects of “pronunciation part”, “ tongue position” and “lip shape”. Finally, based on the similarities and differences between the two vowels, the errors that Uzbek learners may have in Chinese vowels acquisition are predicted, and propose relevant teaching suggestions.
