Abstract

A review. The newest results in the chromatog. anal. of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs present in various org. and inorg. accompanying matrixes are collected and critically evaluated. Examples for the application of pre-concn. and pre-purifn. methods for the enhancement of the selectivity and sensitivity of chromatog. technologies are presented. The advantages and disadvantages of the different chromatog. methods are discussed and the sepn. capacities of the techniques are compared. The application of various chromatog. procedures for the sepn. and quant. detn. of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (ibuprofen, diclofenac, genfibrozil, ketoprofen, diflunisal, indoprofen, fenoprofen, meclofenamic acid, naproxen, mexiletin) is discussed in detail.
