Methodes of his research is an analytic observational study, with cross sectional design. The subjects of this study were all brick workers in one of the brick home industries in Mojosulur by 30 respondents. The results of the study showed that most brick workers were dehydrated, varying in level, both moderate and severe dehydration. The results of statistical analysis show that the correlation coefficient (r = 0.638) which can be interpreted as a work climate factor has a strong correlation with the incidence of dehydration Conclusion of this research on work climate and dehydration of brick workers in one of Mojosulur’s brick home industries have a very strong correlation.
