The results of statistical analysis show that the correlation coefficient (r = 0.638) which can be interpreted as a work climate factor has a strong correlation with the incidence of dehydration Conclusion of this research on work climate and dehydration of brick workers in one of Mojosulur’s brick home industries have a very strong correlation.
