Abstract

Two new cardenolide monoglycosides, cardenolides B-1 (1) and B-2 (2) were isolated from Nerium oleander, together with oleagenin (3) which is the .rst isolated compound from natural sources. The structure of compounds 1-3 were established on the basis of their spectroscopic data. © 2010 Pharmaceutical Society of Japan.
