Abstract
Krukenberg’s tumor has been defined as ovarian metastasis with the presence of a signet ring cells carcinoma in an ovarian stro ma with diffuse sacomatous reaction. This metastasis generally comes from the digestive tube, mainly from stomach and colon. We present a female patient, 47 years old, with bilateral Kukenberg ́s tumor, associcated with transverse colon adenocarcinoma. The treatment of this tumor is radical surgery of the primary lesion and the ovarian metastasis. Radiochemotherapy could improve the survill iance.
