Abstract
The kinetic of anesthesia with Aqui'S(R) was followed on rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) of different weight (9, 25 and 200 g). Aqui'S(R) allowed fish anesthesia in a dose dependent manner and did not induce any mortality when used less than 30 min at concentrations below 60 ml/m(3). Recovery kinetic was also dependent on the Aqui'S concentrations used.
