Profil Instruksional Aplikasi Song Maker dalam Kreasi Musik Sederhana untuk Pembelajaran bagi Anak-Anak

Abstract

There are various types of technology, informatics, and computer-based learning media, including game-based media with the name Chrome Music Lab. This platform has several interesting applications, one of which is Song Maker to increase children's interest and exploration in creating simple musical works. This article aims to provide an instructional overview of the Song Maker application and how to use it on Chrome Music Lab. This research uses a qualitative approach with the content analysis method of application features where data is collected through direct observation of the Song Maker application by reviewing the features contained in the application and supported by previous research as reinforcement of research results. Chrome Music Lab has 14 interesting applications that can be used by students to learn music while playing. These applications can be used as a medium of exploration and a means of playing while learning music for children. One of the apps is song maker which is used to create simple musical pieces. This media is the right tool to stimulate children's intellectual power and basic creativity in creating simple musical works.
