Abstract

The article focuses on a study that was conducted to determine the effects of different types of protein consumption on measures of strength in college football players. About 74 NCAA Division III male football players were included in the study. The findings of the study suggest that all forms of supplementation were similar in their ability to facilitate performance adaptations.
